$7.00 dollar flat rate ground shipping for any order within the Continental United States, large or small. Flat rate shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any orders shipped outside the United States.
We try our very best to process our orders quickly. Once the order has been processed (credit card authorization & address verification) it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note, that orders placed after 3 p.m. PST will not be processed until the following business day.
Delivery times on your order will vary and depends on the shipping method. Our primary shipping method is UPS and we will occasionally use USPS. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holiday.

- Returns & Replacements
- You may not return: sale items and jewelry items.
- We will gladly refund or exchange an item that was wrongfully received.
- All returned merchandise must be unworn and with its original tags still attached. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in any Patty's Closet stores. All online purchase issues must go through the online store's Customer Care. Before returning any items, you must contact Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive an approval. Returns and/or exchanges must be completed within 21 days of purchase.
- Return shipping is to be covered by the customer unless the item(s) was wrongfully received, defective or damaged, in which case Customer Care will provide a prepaid return label.
